Our virgin 5x5 Closures are made using carefully selected raw Vietnamese extensions, allowing for a seamless blend when used with its matching bundles.

HD Lace 

HD lace is a type of lace material used in closures and frontals.

It is called “HD” because it is fragile and transparent, making it virtually undetectable when applied to the scalp.

HD lace provides a more natural look, as it mimics the appearance of the scalp.

To customise the lace further, you can:

Bleach the knots: This lightens the appearance of the knots where the hair is attached to the lace, making them less visible.

Pluck the lace: Plucking removes some hair strands from the lace, creating a more natural hairline.

Tint the lace: Tinting the lace to match your skin tone ensures a seamless blend.

When customising the lace, it's important to remember that excessive bleaching can weaken the closure over time, potentially leading to shedding. So, it's best to be cautious and avoid overdoing it.

Remember that due to HD lace's delicate nature, it is more fragile than regular lace.

Processing time is 7 working days before the chosen shipping method.

Shipping details

Please take note of the following information regarding the purchase of wigs/coloured wigs:

- Unless specified as "ready-to-wear," coloured wigs are pre-order items with a 12-day processing time before shipping, as they are made to order. Once ready, we will ship using your selected method.
- Items are dispatched Monday to Friday.
- We use Royal Mail and DHL for order shipments.
- Once an order is placed, processing begins automatically and cannot be changed.
- Delivery addresses cannot be amended without cancelling and replacing the order.
-Refunds are not available on custom wig / colour wig orders.

Please be aware:
- Any customs fees or taxes associated with your shipment upon delivery are your responsibility.
- It is important to ensure that you enter the correct personal and delivery details. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as we are unable to make any corrections once orders have been dispatched. If an order has been sent to an incorrect delivery address or an exchange is requested, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery charges.

- Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email once your order is processed and shipped.
- It's recommended to place orders at least two weeks in advance to avoid unforeseen delays.
