  • WHAT TYPE OF CLOSURES ARE USED FOR KRYSTEL CUSTOM WIGS?

    All of our units are created with either 5x5,6x6 or 7x7 HD closures.

  • ARE THESE UNITS GLUE-LESS?

    Yes, all of our closure units can be worn glue-less.

  • DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

    No, we do not offer exchanges. Be sure to order the correct extensions before checking out on our site.

  • DO KRYSTLE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes, we ship internationally. Please see shipping policies for additional information.

  • WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?

    All custom colour orders have a 15-working day processing time. All non-colour custom made wigs have a 10-working day processing time. All units will ship out at the end of that processing time.

  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

    Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any further changes to your order. Please ensure that ALL information is correct before proceeding to checkout.

  • ARE YOUR EXTENSIONS 100% VIRGIN?

    Yes, we offer 100% virgin, Brazilian, Filipino and Vietnamese hair. It is comprised of the highest quality and has little to no shedding.

  • HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR STYLING?

    The number of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look you're trying to achieve. For a full look, 3 bundles is usually required for hair up to 18 inches. Lengths over 20 inches we recommend at least 3 bundles or more bundles for more fuller look.

  • DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

    As a result of the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. Please ensure that you select the correct length, texture, and color when placing an order.
