Construction: sizes S-XL are machine made. If you are opting for a custom fit, please ensure you are able to come in for a physical wig-making session, as the wig will first be made on your head before being coloured. This ensures that the wig fit is custom to your specific head size. Please note that sizes S-XL are standard sizing 

Processing time: 10-12 business days. Fast track is available upon request at an additional fee, however this is subject to the avaiablilty of the hair extensions in stock.

Colour disclaimer: please note we do our best to accurately display the colour of the wig. Each wig is hand painted, so slight differences may occur in the colour; however, the result will be very similar.

Shipping Details

Please take note of the following information regarding the purchase of wigs/coloured wigs:

- Unless specified as "ready-to-wear," coloured wigs are pre-order items with a 12-day processing time before shipping, as they are made to order. Once ready, we will ship using your selected method.
- Items are dispatched Monday to Friday.
- We use Royal Mail and DHL for order shipments.
- Once an order is placed, processing begins automatically and cannot be changed.
- Delivery addresses cannot be amended without cancelling and replacing the order.
-Refunds are not available on custom wig / colour wig orders.

Please be aware:
- Any customs fees or taxes associated with your shipment upon delivery are your responsibility.
- It is important to ensure that you enter the correct personal and delivery details. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as we are unable to make any corrections once orders have been dispatched. If an order has been sent to an incorrect delivery address or an exchange is requested, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery charges.

- Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email once your order is processed and shipped.
- It's recommended to place orders at least two weeks in advance to avoid unforeseen delays.

    Please ensure you select the correct cap size as we will not be able to accommodate any client changes once the unit is made.
    Unfortunately, We are NOT able to accept a unit back and make any modifications once you receive it. As there is no way for us to adjust the cap construction after it has been produced
